PLEASE NOTE WARBONNET'S CURRENT POLICIES:


SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.


CARRIERS
We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders domestically and internationally. You can choose the carrier you would like at checkout. Orders placed to PO Boxes will be shipped USPS. 


ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships. 


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates begin at $30.00 for USPS First Class. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Warbonnet Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help protect your items during shipping, we do offer Warbonnet Hats Shipping Protection. To purchase, simply add it to your cart at checkout. 


INFORMATION ACCURACY
Please confirm your address and make sure you provide all shipping details before submitting your order at checkout. 


DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Warbonnet Hats is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties on the original price of your items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label. 

Returns

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. Unfortunately, Warbonnet hats is unable to refund or exchange any items at this time. Please be sure to use our sizing chart and instructions to ensure the correct fit. If the item is received with any flaws, repairs are needed, or if you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service at warbonnetcs@gmail.com. We value you as a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!
