PLEASE NOTE WARBONNET'S CURRENT POLICIES:


SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.


CARRIERS
We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders domestically and internationally. You can choose the carrier you would like at checkout. Orders placed to PO Boxes will be shipped USPS. 


ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships. 


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates begin at $30.00 for USPS First Class. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Warbonnet Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help protect your items during shipping, we do offer Warbonnet Hats Shipping Protection. To purchase, simply add it to your cart at checkout. 


INFORMATION ACCURACY
Please confirm your address and make sure you provide all shipping details before submitting your order at checkout. 


DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Warbonnet Hats is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties on the original price of your items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

At Warbonnet Hats, we believe a cowboy hat isn’t just an accessory — it’s a partner in every adventure. That’s why we stand behind every hat we craft. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.


Repairs

Our hats are built to last, but if life gets a little rough, we’re here to help. We offer repairs for:

  • Loose bands or stitching
  • Reshaping and brim fixes
  • Sweatband replacements
  • Small tears or wear

How it works:
Please contact support@warbonnethats.com with a few photos of your hat and any issues that need addressed. Our team will assess the repair and get back to you within 48 hours with a plan of action. 


Exchanges

We want your hat to feel like it was made just for you. If it’s not the right size or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

  • 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • Hat must be in unworn, original condition.
  • A return label will be provided to you upon request.
  • Reach out to Customer Service at support@warbonnethats.com to get your exchange started.

Returns

No hard feelings. Just honest service.
If your hat isn’t what you hoped for, you can return it for a full refund.

30-day Return Policy

  • Must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Return shipping label provided upon request
  • Email support@warbonnethats.com for all return requests

Custom hats (with personalized branding, sizing, or design) are not eligible for refunds, but we’ll always work with you to make things right — whether that’s an adjustment, credit, or another solution.
